We’re excited to kick off another project at Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, continuing a long-standing partnership that spans more than two decades of campus growth. This latest project will deliver a new seven-story residential dorm with an integrated parking structure. To support the heavily loaded foundations, ground improvement is being implemented using Rammed Aggregate Piers—helping ensure long-term performance and stability. UES provided the geotechnical evaluation and is actively supporting construction through materials testing and threshold inspection services, bringing a full-service approach from design through execution. We’re proud to have supported ERAU’s continued expansion over the years, including work on the Mori Hosseini Student Union, recognized with the AISC IDEAS Award and the AL Light & Architecture Design Award for its distinctive, flight-inspired design. We are looking forward to another successful project with a valued partner. #TeamUES #GeotechnicalEngineering #ConstructionMaterialsTesting #ThresholdInspection #EngineeringExcellence
