We cover sound. We cover fire. We cover it all. SpecSeal® Smoke ‘N’ Sound Spray (SNS) helps control sound transmission and smoke movement at the surface, while SpecSeal® ES Elastomeric Firestop Sealant and SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray address firestopping across joints, gaps, and larger applications. Instead of forcing a single solution across every condition, these products are designed to work together so installers can match the right approach to the application while maintaining consistent performance across the assembly. With the enhanced SNS formulation now available, STI continues to build on that flexibility with improvements focused on application control, hangability, and finish quality. Spray Tip 💡: Even Coverage Matters For strong, reliable bonds, apply your adhesive in a uniform, overlapping pattern to prevent gaps and over‑application. Ensure you apply the specified coverage rate. When using a spatter application, aim for 60–80% substrate coverage—this allows for full bonding of the materials. 👉 Find more expert tips, safety guidance, and best practices in our Mastering Spray‑Applied Canister Adhesives blog: https://lnkd.in/eCGJ9WTm #SprayAdhesives #CoverageRates #SprayTip

Facing air leakage problems on Deep HEPA filters? In-situ PU foam sealing improves airtightness and greatly reduces production rework. #HEPAFilter #PUFoamGasket #CleanroomEquipment #HVACFilter
This machine dispenses liquid PU foam directly onto a HEPA filter frame. No pre-cut EVA strips. No adhesive backing to fail. No seams where leaks start. The foam cures in place into a seamless, compression-set-resistant gasket – uniform seal, no peeling, no shrinkage. Traditional EVA has its place. But for HEPA filters that need a reliable, airtight seal that lasts through handling and shipping? This is how we do it. #HEPA #AirFiltration #PUfoam #GasketTechnology #Manufacturing

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗩𝗖𝗠, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀: 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡… 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙭𝙞𝙣𝙜? That’s exactly where our new 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝗱-𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗖𝗠 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 comes in. It allows you to homogenize minimal quantities (even 1 mg) without material loss, using controlled shear rates comparable to hot melt extrusion. This makes it possible to efficiently blend both small and large molecules. Because when you’re working with milligrams, every step in the process should work at that scale. #MeltPrep #Mixer #VacuumCompressionMolding #Lossless #SheerShear

Back Sharpening Without Burns During the sharpening of the back surface of circular saw teeth, burn marks may sometimes appear on the teeth. The cause isn`t always obvious — it can be related to the composition of the coolant, especially when using oil-based coolants. To address this issue, PDTOOLS SUPERABRASIVES has developed a solution — the innovative В7-01 bond. В7-01 — a resin bond for saw sharpening: • high wear resistance • stable grinding process without overheating • prevention of burn marks on saw teeth • clean finishing of the tooth back surface Applications: • sharpening of circular saws on the back surface of the teeth • operation with coolants, including oil-based ones Have you encountered burn marks when sharpening the back surface? What solutions do you use? Share in the comments.

Masking tape adhesive is often underestimated—until you understand what good adhesion really looks like. Like honey, the ideal adhesive isn’t just about sticking. It’s about balance: • Viscosity – fluid enough to wet the surface, yet controlled for clean application. • Cohesion – holding itself together without breaking or leaving residue. • Adhesion – bonding firmly, but releasing cleanly when the job is done. Nature solved this long ago. Honey flows, grips, and settles with precision—never random, always controlled. That’s the benchmark. Not just stickiness. Controlled performance. #omarkworldwidegroup #maskingsolutionsredefined

Not all dust behaves the same — and your filtration system shouldn’t treat it that way. Dust can be sticky, abrasive, fibrous, oily, or extremely fine. Each characteristic affects how filter media performs inside a baghouse. Selecting media based only on size or fit can lead to shorter filter life, higher pressure drop, and unnecessary maintenance. At Menardi Filters, we work with customers to understand the actual process conditions and dust characteristics so the filtration media matches the challenge — not just the dimensions. ☕ Because good filtration starts with understanding the dust. 🔎 Learn more about filtration solutions and support: https://okt.to/SjlKNH #FridayCoffee #IndustrialFiltration #BaghouseMaintenance #DustCollection #FilterMedia #ProcessOptimization #MenardiFilters

Pulse cleaning should remove dust from filter bags evenly and consistently. When cleaning becomes irregular, performance problems often follow. Uneven dust loading, rising differential pressure, and accelerated bag wear can all indicate that the cleaning system isn’t operating as intended. In many cases the issue isn’t the filter media at all. Valves, diaphragms, timing controls, or compressed air supply often play a larger role. Identifying cleaning inconsistencies early helps protect bag life and overall system reliability.
