Congratulations AQS Æge — the world’s first ship made with SSAB Zero™ steel! ⚓ Last week, our subsidiary Tibnor Norge had the honor of participating in the christening of the vessel in Bergen, Norway. The 30-meter, electric-powered supply ship was built by Salthammer Båtbyggeri AS and commissioned by AQS AS. Tibnor delivered the SSAB Zero™ steel, produced from recycled scrap using fossil-free electricity and biogas, resulting in up to 70% lower fossil CO₂ emissions than conventional steel. #SSABZero #RecycledSteel #ShipBuilding
