When things don’t go as planned, we choose reflection over reaction. As part of Week 4 of the #InclusiveChallenge2026, our team reflected on moments when collaboration isn’t entirely smooth. Not because of major conflicts, but because even in smaller teams, differences in perspectives, pace, or approach naturally arise. 💡 Our key mindset? 💡 Not every difference needs an immediate solution, but every difference deserves to be acknowledged. By creating space for open, respectful #dialogue and #listening without judgment, we strengthen trust and psychological safety. For us, inclusion isn’t just about who’s at the table, but also how we listen to each other. #AssetManagement WoMen in Finance Belgium

For Verallia, being a benchmark company means transforming commitment into practice. Gender equity is one of the pillars of our Commitment Charter and a strategic axis to strengthen diversity, innovation, and people development. Ensuring that women have room to grow, lead, and develop with equal opportunities is part of our culture. This translates into encouraging female protagonism, more conscious and inclusive leadership, processes that broaden women's participation, and initiatives that support professional development, such as mentoring programs and growth opportunities. In this video, we bring together three professionals who represent different journeys and contexts within the Group and share their perspectives on how gender equity is built in the day-to-day work of our teams: Sofia Wurlitzer, Commercial & CSR Manager at Verallia Headquarters Brazil; Sandra Gonzalez, Technical Assistance Engineer at Verallia Chile; and Juliana De Lima Da Silva, Controllership Specialist at Verallia Campo Bom. Please watch the video and discover how these experiences connect. Verallia: caring for people with equity, responsibility, and a continuous commitment to the development of every trajectory.

As we close out the month of March and our celebration of International Women’s Day, we’re reflecting on how the theme Give to Gain shows up in the everyday work of our teams. A powerful example is our IT team, which reflects genuine gender balance under the leadership of Robyna May, our Chief Information Officer. This team works collaboratively to support a firm where technology plays an increasingly central role. As technology continues to shape how law firms operate, IT professionals are not only managing systems, but also helping people understand what’s changing, why it matters and how to move forward together. This work succeeds because the team embraces a mindset of generosity, giving time, sharing knowledge freely, supporting each other and celebrating the contributions of women whose leadership and expertise continue to strengthen the firm. In a gender balanced environment, leadership is shared, communication is open and responsibility is mutual. This balance isn’t about optics, it’s about outcomes. When we value different perspectives, ideas improve, decisions are more thoughtful and change is easier to work through. By giving space to varied voices and experiences the whole team, and our firm gains. This International Women’s Day we’re proud to recognise the power of inclusion, generosity and shared leadership in action. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026 #GiveToGain #Inclusion #Leadership #Technology #KnowledgeSharing

As teams pick up pace, inclusion should not be left behind. True progress is not just about speed. It is about who is moving forward with you. When inclusion is built into the process, not treated as an afterthought, teams become stronger, more innovative, and more sustainable. Progress must carry everyone forward, not just a few. #MergeplusInspireWeek #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion #Mergeplusinc #DEI #Innovation #Sustainability

Equality gives everyone the same resources. Equity ensures everyone has what they need to succeed. In today’s workplaces, true progress isn’t just about treating everyone the same—it’s about understanding individual needs and creating opportunities that enable everyone to thrive. As we build organizations, systems, and technology, let’s move beyond equality and focus on equity—because sustainable growth comes from inclusive thinking. #Equity #Inclusion #Leadership #WorkplaceCulture #Growth #Innovation

The theme of this year's International Women's Day was "Give to Gain," but what does that really mean at Brown Brothers Harriman? To me, it means showing up with your time, advice, and energy — even when there isn't an immediate outcome. It means trusting that investing in people, relationships, and ideas creates value over time. One of the best examples of that is the BBH Center for Women & Wealth. More than a decade ago, we chose to invest in that vision and that commitment continues to create impact for our clients, our colleagues, and our firm today. That's the heart of "Give to Gain." Not treating these efforts as side work, but as real work — and understanding that some of the most meaningful returns take time.

It's been a week since we hosted our virtual International Women's Day webinar, 'What It Really Takes to Engineer Excellence On and Off the Field' 🗣️ Hosted by NES Fircroft's Head of Diversity, Katy Hall, the session brought together trailblazers from elite sport and the global energy sector, alongside a senior HR leader and ally. Together, they explored what engineering excellence looks like, whether you're performing on the world stage, driving technical innovation, or shaping inclusive cultures within complex organisations. The conversation was powerful, honest, and a reminder of the resilience required to navigate male‑dominated industries. At NES, our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion consulting goes beyond traditional metrics. Click here to find out more >> https://lnkd.in/gXeG8U4S

In celebration of International Women’s Day, our ISS Singapore team gathered for a Lunch and Learn to take a closer look at how unconscious bias shapes the everyday experiences of women at work. Through interactive icebreakers, a leadership skit and real workplace scenarios, our Placemakers explored how bias forms, why it matters, and how even small moments can influence behaviour, decision-making and opportunities. There was plenty of laughter along the way, but also a shift from curiosity to honest reflection, as colleagues recognised how these biases show up and what it takes to respond constructively. One of the most meaningful moments came at the end, when every participant committed to “One Action” they will take to challenge bias in their daily work. These personal pledges are a reminder that inclusion is not a one-off conversation, but something we build through everyday choices. By keeping these conversations going and supporting one another in small but deliberate ways, we move closer to a workplace where women can contribute, grow and lead with confidence. 💜 #ISSSingapore #IWD2026 #PeopleMakePlaces #APlaceToBeYou #Inclusion #Equity #UnconsciousBias #WomenAtWork

Delighted to see our director, Bernadette Young feature in this month’s Governance & Compliance magazine published by The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland talking about the AIM market’s board diversity challenge. The report we jointly published with ESG data specialists Addidat last month, highlighted the lack of gender diversity on AIM company boards where: ❌ only one in six directors is a woman ❌ more than a third of boards are all male ❌ around 72% of boards have only one or no women directors ❌ there are very few women who hold senior roles (chair, SID, CEO, CFO) ❌change is so slow that, unless it accelerates, 40% female representation will not be achieved until 2049 There are, however, already 50 AIM companies which already meet the FTSE350 target of 40% women and at least one senior woman on the board 👏 You can read the full article here 👇 https://lnkd.in/eMcDpg-a
