Construction Safety Week 2026 is here — and at Rangeline, safety isn’t a campaign. It’s how we operate. This year’s theme, “All In Together,” reinforces something we believe at our core: Every person on every jobsite deserves to go home safe — every single day. That starts with focusing on what matters most: • Recognizing high-energy hazards and the “Stuff That Can Kill You” (STCKY) • Responding with clear, effective controls before work ever begins • Respecting the work, the process, and most importantly each other Safety is built in the planning phase, reinforced in the field, and owned by every member of the team. At Rangeline, we’re committed to doing the work the right way not the easy way ensuring our crews, partners, and communities are protected at every step. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about compliance. It’s about people. One industry. One goal. Zero harm. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #SafetyFirst #AllInTogether #Rangeline #Leadership #ZeroHarm #JobsiteSafety

Today, Rangeline Group joins the industry in recognizing National Safety Stand-Down Day as part of Construction Safety Week 2026. Falls remain one of the leading causes of serious injuries and fatalities in construction — and prevention starts long before boots hit the jobsite. At Rangeline, safety means: • Planning the work correctly • Identifying hazards early • Inspecting equipment thoroughly • Looking out for one another every step of the way A successful day is not just measured by production goals or completed work. It’s measured by every crew member making it home safely to their family at the end of the day. That commitment drives every project, every crew, and every decision we make. Stand down. Speak up. Stay alert. One industry. One goal. Zero harm. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #SafetyStandDown #FallPrevention #SafetyFirst #Rangeline #ZeroHarm #JobsiteSafety #Leadership

Last week marked Construction Safety Week 2026, an industry-wide initiative dedicated to reducing injuries and fatalities across construction job sites nationwide. The final day of Safety Week was attended by our team member Kaila at the Herzog Larison JV Berth 302–305 project at the Port of LA to support the field team and recognize the importance of maintaining a strong, proactive safety culture. This year’s theme, “All In Together,” centered around three key pillars tied to preventing serious injuries and fatalities: • Recognize • Respond • Respect Safety Week serves as an important reminder that creating safer job sites requires participation at every level — from leadership and safety professionals to field crews and trade partners. Thank you to everyone involved in making safety a daily priority! #ConstructionSafetyWeek #SafetyLeadership #JobsiteSafety #SafetyCulture #WorkplaceSafety

As Construction Safety Week continues, we’re reinforcing what safe execution looks like across every project and team. At Aieres, safety is not a priority that shifts day to day. It is the standard we work to on every project, every time. This week, we’ve aligned around the message behind Safety Week: All in Together, highlighting the importance of collective responsibility and shared accountability across every jobsite. Through conversations in the field, the industry-wide Safety Stand-Down, leadership messages, and daily reinforcement across teams, we’re continuing to focus on planning the work, identifying risk early, communicating clearly, and holding the standard on every job. Because every decision in the field matters. And every employee deserves to go home safe. #SafetyWeek #AllInTogether #ConstructionSafety #BuiltOnDiscipline #DrivenByExecution

Construction Safety Week is an important reminder that safety cannot be treated as a temporary initiative or a box to check. In this industry, safety is built into how teams plan the work, communicate in the field, identify risk, and hold one another accountable every day. At Aieres, we continue reinforcing a simple mindset across our projects: Safety is not a priority that shifts day to day. It is the standard we work to on every project, every time. As our teams continue to grow, maintaining that standard becomes even more important. That means continuing weekly safety and OSHA trainings, reinforcing communication in the field, planning work the right way and identifying risk early. Every decision on a jobsite matters. At the end of the day, the goal is simple: everyone goes home safe. Proud of our teams for taking the time this week to reset, refocus, and reinforce what safe execution looks like in practice. #SafetyWeek #AllInTogether #ConstructionSafety #BuiltOnDiscipline #DrivenByExecution

The Culture That Defines The Standard 🦺 This week, we’re recognizing #ConstructionSafetyWeek with a video series featuring Lueder’s Director of Safety, John Duncan, as he shares why safety must remain the top priority on every jobsite. In our first video, John discusses the impact of a strong safety culture, one built by every voice on the team. From first-day crew members to long-term veterans, we are strengthened by our relationships with trade partners and clients. Construction is complex. It can be dangerous. And it takes planning and accountability from everyone involved to maintain the standards that protect our people. Because here, safety always comes first... not just because of the work we do, but because of whom we do it for 🚧👷🏗️ Construction Safety Week www.Lueder.com #YourVisionOurMission #SafetyFirst #ConstructionSafety #AllInTogether #RecognizeRespondRespect

Construction Safety Week is a reminder of what matters most—our people. In the utility civil construction world, every job site brings unique challenges: uneven terrain, heavy equipment, tight timelines, and changing conditions. But no deadline is more important than making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. This week, we’re reinforcing the fundamentals: ✔ Pre-job planning and hazard recognition ✔ Clear communication across crews and partners ✔ Proper use of PPE and equipment ✔ Looking out for one another—because safety is a team effort For us, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value that drives how we plan, work, and lead every day in the field. Let’s keep raising the standard across our industry. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #SafetyFirst #UtilityConstruction #CivilContracting #JobsiteSafety #Leadership #Teamwork #cwaenvironmental

As Construction Safety Week comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the mindset that safety starts with leadership and stays at the center of every project. In this message, our Safety Director, Swanson Ferguson, shares how W.F. Magann’s commitment to safety was made clear from his very first day with the company, that no task is more important than making sure our crews go home safely to their families each night. That commitment takes planning, communication, accountability, and the support of people both in the field and behind the scenes every day. We’d also like to recognize Daniel Woodall and Jermaine Wooden for the leadership and support they continue to provide across our projects. Thank you to everyone helping keep safety at the center of everything we build! #WFMagann #ConstructionSafetyWeek #RecognizeRespondRespect #JobsiteSafety #MarineConstruction
