Attending Embedded Vision Summit (May 11–13 in Santa Clara)? If computer vision or on‑device AI is on your roadmap, we have a solid line‑up worth prioritising: → Democratising Physical AI (Arduino + Qualcomm): a practical path from quick prototypes to production‑ready physical AI with Olivier Bloch →Computer Vision Across Edge Verticals: how teams are actually scaling CV across devices and industries without becoming hardware experts with Derrick Chang → Deep Dive on Hexagon NPUs + Qualcomm AI Hub (separate registration): a hands‑on session where you compile, optimise, profile, and integrate models—and leave with a working app and real performance data with Meghan Stronach If you prefer sessions that show how things work (not just what’s possible), this is a good use of your Summit time. 🔗 https://bit.ly/4cYwtRV Edge AI and Vision Alliance #edgeai #computervision #embeddedsystems

https://lnkd.in/dKUgYPyb is moving below the chatbot. Today’s useful pattern: Anthropic is packaging Claude as managed work infrastructure, xAI/SpaceX compute is becoming visible product capacity, and phones are becoming the next AI control surface. The practical lesson: the winning AI product is not just a model. It is device + workflow + compute + measurement. https://lnkd.in/dDNQJN2Y

Understanding the true cause of a production issue demands both machine data and physical context to tell the complete story. Today at HANNOVER MESSE, Tulip's Rony Kubat and NVIDIA's Esther Lee explored how edge AI is fundamentally expanding operational visibility, moving manufacturers from retrospective analysis toward contextual, evidence-based insight in an expert session on the Main Stage. Come by the Tulip booth (Hall 15, Stand G71) or check out the latest NVIDIA blog to learn more about how Tulip and NVIDIA are providing the physical context — what operators actually see and do — creating a ground truth that makes AI on the shop floor genuinely reliable. #HannoverMesse #HM26 Read the blog article here: https://lnkd.in/eh9hBMTh

For a while, it felt like the company had fallen out of the main AI conversation, especially with so much focus on GPUs and the obvious winners in the space. But recently, it feels like the narrative is starting to shift slightly. When you zoom out, AI isn’t just about models and headlines. It’s about the infrastructure underneath everything chips, manufacturing, data centres, long-term supply. And that’s where #Intel has always been relevant. Not saying this is a full comeback story just yet, but it does make you think: Have we been focusing too much on one part of the AI stack? Curious how others are seeing it????

Iterating on AI models takes time. Small delays in each experiment add up and slow down progress. When teams rely on external compute queues or face latency, moving from prototype to refinement becomes frustrating. The Lenovo ThinkStation PGX offers under 50ms local inference and accelerated processing to help reduce those delays and keep momentum in development cycles. If your roadmap depends on fast iteration, Ballicom can help integrate this capability into your environment. Got something specific in mind? Let’s connect and see how we can help. #AIAcceleration #EnterpriseAI #LenovoThinkStation https://lnkd.in/eJ4vcCwn

🚀 The race for AI’s next layer 🚀 Today’s AI Aware covers five developments that show where the AI stack is heading next: 🔹 Anthropic says newer alignment training materially reduced Claude’s agentic misalignment in testing. 🔹 OpenAI is adding sandboxing, approvals, network policies, and telemetry around Codex for enterprise use. 🔹 Nvidia has already committed more than $40B to equity AI bets this year. 🔹 Wispr Flow is tailoring voice AI for India’s multilingual, code-switching users. 🔹 Qualcomm says it is working with major AI players on secret next-generation devices. The bigger pattern: AI is moving beyond model launches and into the layers that make systems safer to deploy, easier to control, and more practical at scale. Artificial Intelligence is no longer a future trend — it's already transforming entire industries. According to NVIDIA’s latest telecom report: • 90% of companies are increasing revenue with AI • 89% are boosting AI investment • Autonomous networks are becoming the new standard • AI-native infrastructure may arrive before 6G (2030) What does this mean? We are entering an era where systems: → self-optimize → self-heal → and make decisions in real time At Thermy.AI, we see this as a clear signal: AI is evolving from a tool into an autonomous intelligence layer across industries. The same principles transforming telecom — automation, predictive intelligence, and real-time decision-making — are shaping the future of every sector. The question is no longer if AI will transform your industry… It’s how fast you adapt. #AI #Innovation #Telecom #MachineLearning #ThermyAI #FutureOfWork #DataDriven https://lnkd.in/gEYSQ--k

OpenAI is reportedly fast-tracking its first AI agent phone for mass production in H1 2027, a full year earlier than expected per analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. If true, this is not just a new device story, it is an IPO narrative play and a response to the crowded AI phone race. The biggest differentiator sounds like vision, with a beefed-up image signal processor and HDR pipeline so agents can perceive the real world more reliably, plus dual AI processors to run vision and language in parallel with MediaTek as the likely sole chip supplier. Kuo even floats 30M shipments across 2027 and 2028 if execution holds. The real question is whether controlling hardware and OS is what finally makes agentic UX feel seamless, and where this leaves the Jony Ive io push to go beyond screens.
