That’s not the problem, the taste of original food has changed. Its needs to go back to the fundamentals of what made Panera “Saint Louis Bread Co” so popular from the start. You need to do more of a survey or town hall with people that have signed up for Panera rewards and ask them what they like and don’t like about the way Panera is going in the future. Just a thought

Basically make the the secondary cashier or dishwasher go in the lobby every 2-5 minute when they are bussing cause they are not going to give additional labor just to add one extra person. And if they did restaurants, will schedule that "extra person" 4hour shift lmbo. Great job Panera lol and don't let me get into the pay lol.

This is a fantastic idea. You can get anyone in the door once but the key is to keep them coming back.

Panera once promised 100% cage-free eggs—can you confirm if that’s still the plan? Panera is not being transparent about leaving cruelly sourced eggs out of their products. Your former customers are now buying at Starbucks, Dunkin, Subway and Au Bon Pain--all of which use 100% cage-free eggs. How are you going to fix this?

Panera made a public commitment to go 100% cage-free, and that promise now appears to have vanished 🐔 💔 Do you still intend to complete the transition, or have you walked it back?
