We purchased the house in September and we had our first visit like 10 days later and we felt we were just knew immediately we had made the right choice. So when I first heard about Picasso and they had a very good background in terms of who the people are who started Picasso from start to finish, probably four or five days also basically puts the thing together and then they step back and have no further interest other than providing the maintenance and things like that. Top notch. They have thought of everything.
