Still chasing unpaid balances manually? With Odoo AI, you can simply ask what’s owed and get instant answers in real time. 🤖⚡ Smarter workflows. Faster decisions. #OdooAI #ERP #BusinessTech

Fabien Pinckaers , with respect. it's difficult to engage with content from Odoo's regional partner leadership while IT Horizon Solutions, an Official Odoo Learning Partner in Kuwait, continues to wait past months for commissions that are contractually owed and long overdue. We've followed every formal channel — emails, tickets, follow-ups through your team. The response has been silence. Partners are the reason Odoo has a footprint in this region. Treating us as an optional line item on the payables ledger is not how a partner ecosystem survives. Odoo — when, exactly, is this being settled? A public commitment to a date would be a good start.

This is exactly the right direction for AI in ERP. Natural language queries over live Odoo data turn a complex AR reconciliation workflow into a single conversational step — massive time savings for finance teams. The key engineering challenge is what sits underneath: clean, structured Odoo data with consistent field mapping, proper role-based access controls so the AI only surfaces data the user is authorized to see, and audit trails on every query. Odoo's unified data model is actually a big advantage here — compared to fragmented multi-system architectures where NL queries struggle with schema inconsistencies. At Waima Group we work on Odoo integrations and AI automation layers, and this kind of AI-native query interface is where the two converge. Looking forward to seeing how Odoo AI evolves for more complex write-back scenarios — approving a payment run, releasing a credit hold — where governance and human-in-the-loop controls become critical.

Great perspective on how AI-driven transformation is reshaping enterprise operations.

Sébastien Bruyr I would really appreciate an update regarding the status of our case. We joined the Odoo Learning Partner program with genuine business intentions and invested significant effort, time, and funds to promote Odoo services in our market. Unfortunately, our experience regarding partner support, communication, and resolution of outstanding commission matters has been disappointing despite repeated follow-ups. We respectfully request Odoo senior management to review partner handling procedures and ensure fair, transparent, and professional treatment of business partners globally. We still hope this matter can be resolved professionally. #Odoo #BusinessPartners #ERP #PartnerProgram #BusinessEthics #CorporateGovernance #CustomerExperience #ProfessionalServices #BusinessTransparency #GlobalBusiness #PakistanBusiness #UAEBusiness #Negotium

Asking questions in natural language and getting instant financial answers is exactly where ERP is heading. We've been exploring how Claude Code agents can go even further — not just answering what's owed, but triggering follow-up actions: sending reminders, flagging high-risk accounts, or drafting reconciliation reports automatically. The key is giving the AI the right Odoo context and tooling to act, not just respond. If you're curious about building that kind of agentic layer on top of Odoo, we maintain an open-source skills marketplace where the community shares exactly these kinds of Claude-powered workflows: https://github.com/letzdoo/claude-marketplace
