Tardive dyskinesia advocates came together to share their personal stories and highlight the needs of the TD community during TD Hill Day in Washington, D.C. We were proud to support this effort with the Center for Patient Advocacy Leaders (CPALs) and Grammy®-nominated singer-songwriter, mental health advocate and paid spokesperson for Neurocrine, Carnie Wilson.
It was a honor to lend my voice to the TD Hill Day and the TD Briefing. There is so much more to do to educate patients, caregivers, providers and policy makers about TD. I don't want any patient to experience what I went through while seeking treatment for my TD. No one should suffer alone. Thank you to CPALs, Carnie Wilson and Neurocrine Biosciences for amplifying the message.
Wonderful to see the focus on Tardive Dyskinesia and mental heath Valarie (Val) Molaison, PhD
great to see advocates at working; making a difference in the fight for mental illness and TD. We need to carry the messages back to our communities-providers and legislators. Thank you all.
Such important work with a stellar team supporting it!
You are doing impactful work, Anne Easter, my friend!
Powerful to see advocates sharing their lived experiences and raising awareness for the tardive dyskinesia community. Patient voices play such an important role in advancing understanding, support, and access to care. Thank you to everyone involved in highlighting the needs of individuals living with TD and supporting meaningful advocacy efforts.
