We’re kicking off a new interview-style segment called Field Notes with Michael, our Technical Service Manager, where he breaks down what IT environments actually look like from the service side. In this first episode, we’re talking about a pattern we see often: A business has IT “handled,” but not necessarily managed. One person handles internal issues, a vendor manages one platform, another company supports another tool, and an IT provider may respond to tickets. But when nobody owns the full environment, small gaps start to stack up. That’s the difference between "patched together" and true IT management. This is just episode one of our chats with Michael, so stay tuned. End the overwhelm. Leave IT to us. #ManagedIT #ITSupport #BusinessTechnology #Cybersecurity #TotalCare #MicroSolutions

Most cybersecurity issues in small businesses are not complicated. They come from small decisions that feel harmless in the moment. Reusing a password because it’s easier. Leaving an old account active because you forgot. Sharing a file quickly to keep things moving. Individually, none of these feel risky. Together, they create exposure. The challenge is not awareness. It’s consistency. Security gaps rarely come from one big mistake. They come from small ones that go unchecked. We put together a breakdown of the 7 most common cybersecurity mistakes small businesses make and how to fix them without adding complexity. Read here: https://bit.ly/49hcwEG You don’t need to do everything. You just need to fix what’s obvious. #SmallBusiness #Leadership #CyberSecurity #RiskManagement

A simple resilience check for Business Leaders - not designed to scare but as the questions "what if?" In uncertain times, IT can feel like a black box. Leaders ask, “Are we actually OK?” and they deserve a straight answer. Here are 5 plain-English checks we run with clients: Do we know our critical systems? Can we restore fast? Are key suppliers a single point of failure? Are we ready for an uptick in phishing and disruption attempts? Can our team work securely from anywhere? Clear priorities, fewer weak spots, and a plan you can explain in one slide. At Bespoke we don't believe in scaring people but it's important to ask the questions and make sure things are considered. If you want to have a chat about your IT plans give us a call. #BusinessContinuity #CyberSecurity #ITSupport #iranwar

Really looking forward to heading down to the MSP Show at ExCeL London next week. One of the things I enjoy most about working in the MSP space is how quickly everything evolves, especially around cyber security, AI, automation and how MSPs are positioning themselves for growth. 📈 It will also be great to step away from the desk for a couple of days, listen to some talks, catch up with people in the industry, and keep learning about where the channel is heading. If you’re attending, feel free to reach out and grab a coffee while I am there. Jane Christie, Marketing Built for MSPs 🖥️ Founder, Techreach Agency
We’re heading to the MSP Show at ExCeL London next week. Looking forward to catching up with people across the MSP space, listening to some great seminars and talks, and hearing more about the challenges, opportunities and direction the industry is moving in. It’s always good to step away from the day-to-day, have conversations with other MSPs, and keep up to speed with what’s happening across the channel. If you’re attending, let’s catch up for a coffee. ☕ #MSP #MSPShow #ManagedServices #ITSupport #CyberSecurity #TechreachAgency #MSPMarketing

How would your board handle high-stakes cyber decisions under pressure and with incomplete information? Most organisations think they’re DORA-ready. We've seen it too many times. An organization signs with an MSSP, 90 days in, they're frustrated, and nothing meaningful has changed. Usually, it's not a technology problem. It's a fit problem. A good MSSP engagement works when both sides are aligned on what "secure" actually means for your organization — and what it takes to get there. We built a framework for this. Want to see if it applies to you? DM us or grab time with our team: https://hubs.li/Q04fkNNX0 #Cybersecurity #MSSP #ManagedSecurity #TecRefresh #ITLeadership

A lot of organizations have an incident response plan. But here’s the real question: Would it actually work in a real situation? Most plans fail because: Roles aren’t clearly defined Communication isn’t planned The “first step” isn’t obvious A strong plan should be simple, clear, and usable under pressure. We outlined what an effective incident response plan should actually include—and what most organizations miss. 👉 [Insert Blog 2 Link] #Cybersecurity #IncidentResponse #BusinessContinuity

🚨 What happens when the alarm bells ring, but the designated "Incident Lead" is on a beach? That was a key takeaway from our recent seminar session with Larry and Michelle. We spend so much time planning how to respond to a cyber incident, but do we plan for who responds when the owner or lead is sick, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable? ✅ Your homework today: Know your chain of command. 🔑 Don't just name an "Incident Lead", name their first and second back-ups. And critically: Do these backups have the clear authority to approve system downtime? A strong continuity plan keeps decisions moving forward, even when key team members are unavailable. #CyberSecurity #IncidentResponse #FASIncNH #BusinessPlanning
