As we head into summer, we’re excited to bring back our Summer Fridays program at Kiss Beauty Group! Starting this week until Labor Day, our teams have the option to flex their schedules earlier in the week so they can step away on Friday afternoons and make more room for what matters—family, friends, rest, travel, fresh air, or simply a slower start to the weekend. This program reflects a belief we take seriously: great work is sustained by great people, and great people do their best when they have the time and space to recharge. We’re proud to offer Summer Fridays as one more way we support wellbeing, flexibility, and a culture where performance and balance can go hand in hand.
