It is hard to rank these because so many areas, companies, and of course people are different! However, I am seeing that lack of opportunity/growth and poor leadership (doubt about the company's future) seem to be a few of the top contenders. Wages are becoming more of a factor; but when the basic human needs are not driving an employee's decisions... Leadership and culture will drive employee turnover - more importantly the ability to HIRE and RETAIN.
