I love being at HPM. I've chosen to, you know, build my career here and that's because they put people first. Speaking from my personal story, I guess really I was probably rough around the edges, didn't know maybe this and that about construction. But you know, I think people saw in me that I was, you know, hungry to improve and get better and, you know, be the best I could be. And you can always work with that. So the different mentor saw that and we're like, hey, come to this meeting with me. You know, we're going to expose you to this project that you've never seen. 4 But we're going to find you a spot because we know you can be successful at it.
