At HP Imagine, former NASA astronaut Serena M. Aunon-Chancellor joined HP’s Chief Marketing & Corporate Affairs Officer Antonio Lucio for a conversation on what organizations on Earth can learn from operating in one of the most demanding work environments imaginable. For more than 50 years, HP has been a trusted partner to NASA. From the International Space Station to Mission Control, HP technology helps teams make decisions when there’s no margin for error. The message is clear: when technology reduces friction and builds confidence, teams can focus fully on the moments that shape the Future of Work. HP, for your best work, in space and on earth. #HPImagine

Six months on a space station breaks every assumption about "remote work" — no latency tolerance, no "let me get back to you tomorrow", decisions made on incomplete data with zero undo button. Most enterprise software is built for the exact opposite scenario, its almost ironic that we still call Slack an "efficiency tool."

Hi. I’m a product concept designer from Nigeria and I recently worked on an idea called LumaLid™ — a smart display integrated into the laptop lid. It focuses on showing battery status and simple visual expression even when the laptop is closed. I’d really value your thoughts on it if you have a moment. Thanks!

It's incredible to see our technology thriving in the extreme environment of space. From rugged HP workstations powering daily operations to zero-gravity printers.

What is fascinating about environments like space exploration is that reliability, clarity, and operational confidence are not optional, they are critical. There is a strong lesson there for modern workplaces too. The best technology is often the technology that removes friction and allows people to focus fully on execution and decision making.

Hi HP , I hope you’re well. Do you by chance have any old laptops that you’d be willing to donate to less fortunate and unfunded university students?

This is so inspiring to watch - HP technology in action!
