Recently, João Limpo, Head of Compliance at Greenvolt Group, participated in the 1st Portugal Investigations Forum, an initiative promoted by the Associate of Corporate Investigators and hosted by EY. João took part in the session "Compliance vs HR: Exploring Synergies, Role Definitions, and Key Differences in Investigative Procedures" and shared insights on governance frameworks for managing investigations and practical methods for maintaining the balance between investigation confidentiality and stakeholder access to information.
