This is a home where we're doing a complete remodel for the client. They love the lot, they love the home, but they wanted to update some of the interior. Come on. They're going to be reworking the railing and the deck boards in this house in order to make it look more modern and more finished. The stairs are getting fully refurbished in here. We're going to bring this to a more modern feel with some paneling on the walls and some oak wood flooring everywhere and on these stairs as well. These walls are all coming out. Those walls are coming out and that wall's coming out, so we're going to add a little living space to make their living room a little bit more comfortable for them in their family. We're going to adapt this sunroom to a cathedral ceiling. And we're going to expand the kitchen. It's not just all downstairs. We're doing everything upstairs is being refurbished with brand new bathrooms, new closets. As you can see, we got a lot going on in this home right now.
