We’re so excited to recognize Jules Perry for our Employee Spotlight this month. As a Houston based Territory Manager, Jules goes above and beyond to support our patients. We asked for what motivates her and drives her success. Why is working at Element meaningful to you? Working at Element Science is meaningful to me because we are directly impacting patient outcomes during one of the most vulnerable periods in their lives. The Jewel Patch WCD provides a bridge of protection for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, and being part of that solution gives purpose to the work I do every day. Beyond the product, I take pride in helping build infrastructure, processes, and partnerships that allow us to scale access to this life-saving technology. What do you enjoy most about your role and the work that you do? What I enjoy most is the combination of clinical impact and strategic problem-solving. I’m not just selling a device—I’m working closely with physicians, case management teams, and hospital systems to navigate workflows, improve access, and ensure patients receive timely care. I also enjoy building something from the ground up—whether it’s establishing SOPs, improving ordering processes, or helping integrate into systems like Epic. It’s rewarding to see both immediate patient impact and long-term operational growth.
