Nina Kovsted Helk, CEO of Realdania and a trained architect, brings extensive expertise in real estate and innovation, built through her experience as CEO, Chief Philanthropy Officer, and Head of Real Estate. Mogens Hagelskær, SVP at Andel, has a strong background from roles as CEO at Odense Letbane and leadership roles at the Danish Energy Agency, contributing deep insight into both infrastructure and energy.
