Cherry Blossom season is setting the stage for something new on the Potomac. City Cruises and the DC Office of Cable Television, Film, Music and Entertainment (OCTFME) officially launched the Capital Sound Series aboard the Odyssey DC last week. The series debuted at the start of Cherry Blossom Festival with a live performance from The Experience Band & Show. With this new initiative, City Cruises will provide a stage for local artists throughout the Cherry Blossom Festival and beyond, connecting residents and visitors to DC’s music, creativity, and neighborhoods in a unique setting. For over 40 years, City Cruises has offered a distinct perspective of Washington, DC. Alongside OCTFME, this partnership builds on that legacy and creates new opportunities for artists to be seen, supported, and celebrated against the backdrop of the city’s most iconic views. https://lnkd.in/g32KeWgD
