Here at Chick-fil-A Supply, I feel that I can be my authentic self and I can encourage everyone, all the staff members around me to be their authentic selves as well. We truly feel like we're supported in all of our roles, that we're all equals. We all are in this together and a family environment. Our leaders show that care and support. We've had seven babies that are coming, right? And we presented this huge care package with a Chick-fil-A Supply blanket, a cow, a Binky. A book and I got so many responses from all of those parents saying you don't know how far this went with my family when we opened this package. This little things that make people realize how much we do care about them and they are our family.
