May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In fast-paced work environments, it’s easy to prioritize deadlines over well-being. But sustainable performance isn’t built on burnout - it’s built on balance, support, and psychological safety. At Binding Minds, we believe mental health is not a side conversation but a part of how we work. This means: • Encouraging open, judgment-free conversations • Respecting boundaries and time off • Supporting each other through both challenges and growth Taking care of your mental health isn’t a weakness - it’s a foundation for doing your best work and living a healthier life. Let’s continue building a culture where people feel seen, heard, and supported - not just this month, but every day. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #WorkplaceWellbeing #MentalHealthMatters

Mental Health Month is a reminder…..but for many of us, the need for pause, clarity, and care is daily, not seasonal. In the spaces I’ve been part of homes, workplaces, conversations with women and teams one thing is clear: We are carrying a lot. Deadlines. Expectations. Family. Silent pressure. And often… no real outlet to release. That’s why I believe mental health support doesn’t always have to start with big, overwhelming steps. Sometimes it begins with something simple: A moment of stillness. A scent that calms your breathing. A space where you can just be without performing. This Mental Health Month, I’m encouraging individuals and organizations to rethink what support can look like: Not just policies, but experiences. Not just awareness, but intentional reset. Because when people feel better, they show up better for their work, their families, and themselves. If you’ve been pouring into everyone else, consider this your reminder to pause and refill. What does your reset look like? #MentalHealthMonth #WorkplaceWellness #EmployeeWellbeing #MentalHealthMatters #StressRelief #WellnessAtWork #MindfulLiving

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s a good reminder that how we feel at work matters just as much as what we do. We spend a huge part of our lives at work, so being “fine” isn’t always enough. Job satisfaction, well-being, and mental health are closely linked, and when one is off balance, it often affects the others. Being happy in your job doesn’t necessarily mean every day is perfect. It means feeling valued, supported, and aligned with what you’re doing. It means having a sense of purpose, manageable stress levels, and the space to grow without burning out. If you’re taking a moment to reflect this month, here are a few questions worth asking yourself: Mental health at work shouldn’t be an afterthought. It should be part of the conversation every day, not just once a year. Sometimes small changes make a big difference. And sometimes, it’s about recognising when it might be time for a bigger one. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #WorkplaceWellbeing #CareerDevelopment

It’s May (already!) and that means Mental Health Awareness Week is just around the corner. We know that performance and wellbeing go hand in hand. You can’t expect people to deliver their best if they’re not supported, balanced and able to switch off when they need to. We are committed to creating an environment where: ✅ Conversations around mental health are open and normal ✅ Flexibility and balance are encouraged ✅ People feel supported… not just professionally, but personally too This year the theme is ACTION because, although awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too. Taking even small actions can give us feelings of hope and make us feel less powerless. And with poor mental health being one of the biggest drivers of workplace absence, taking ACTION for yourself, for someone else, for us all has never been more important. May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a reminder that mental well-being deserves the same attention and care as physical health. In today’s professional world, many people are balancing stress, burnout, anxiety, and personal challenges while continuing to show up every day. Often, those struggles go unseen. Creating supportive workplaces and communities' starts with normalizing conversations around mental health, encouraging balance, and leading with empathy. A culture of understanding can positively impact not only individuals, but teams, businesses, and communities as a whole. This month is an opportunity to: 💚 Encourage open conversations 💚 Reduce stigma surrounding mental health 💚 Promote self-care and wellness 💚 Support one another with compassion and understanding Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply check in on someone. Let’s continue building environments where people feel supported, valued, and heard. 💚 #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #Leadership #WorkplaceWellness #MentalWellness #ProfessionalGrowth #EndTheStigma #Wellbeing #CommunitySupport #BusinessLeadership

Proud to be part of Gravita’s DEI Committee, focusing on Health & Wellbeing alongside my colleague Valli Kalluri. We all come to work as whole people, we are not just job titles and our to-do-lists. Its important to remind ourselves that our wellbeing matters in all its forms: physical, mental, emotional, financial and social and to recognise that everyone’s experience is different, which is why there’s no one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Being inclusive around wellbeing means creating space for open conversations, reducing stigma, offering flexibility, and providing support that works for different people. As we mark Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s a reminder that wellbeing is an ongoing journey. It really is okay to not be okay. 👍 Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing stories, resources and guidance to help normalise conversations and highlight support, with weekly focus areas: • This weeks focus has been Anxiety Anxiety is a natural response to stress that helps us recognise and respond to challenges, but it can become difficult when those feelings are persistent or overwhelming. It may show up as constant worry, restlessness, difficulty concentrating or physical symptoms such as tension or a racing heart. At Gravita, we actively encourage people to speak up and seek support because we know anxiety looks different for everyone, and no one should feel they have to manage it alone. Creating a culture of openness, understanding and support helps ensure people feel safe to ask for help when they need it. Our aim is simple: a workplace where people feel supported, listened to and able to thrive. 👏 Make sure you are following Gravita #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #PeopleFirstAtGravita #WellbeingAtGravita #MentalHealth #WorkplaceWellbeing
May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, and at Gravita we’re taking time to focus on something that impacts us all - mental health. 💙 As a people-first business, we believe creating an environment where mental wellbeing is openly discussed and actively supported is incredibly important. Looking after mental health is just as important as delivering great work, and meaningful conversations can make a real difference. Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing insights, resources, practical guidance and personal stories to help raise awareness, encourage empathy and reduce stigma across our teams and wider community. Each week, we’ll be exploring a different theme: • Week One: Understanding Anxiety • Week Two: Depression and Low Mood • Week Three: Eating Disorders and Body Image • Week Four: Stress, Burnout and Workload By listening, learning and supporting one another, we can continue building a culture where people feel supported both professionally and personally. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #PeopleFirstAtGravita #WellbeingAtGravita #MentalHealth #WorkplaceWellbeing ------------------------- 👋 We’re Gravita, we’d love to talk 🙌 Fuelling the future of your business 🌐 Tech enabled, full-service firm of accountants, with global reach See more from us: 🔔 Click the bell on our profile to be notified of our posts ➕ Make sure you’re following us

💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that our well-being matters just as much as our work. You may notice the green ribbon being shared this month. It’s the international symbol of mental health awareness, representing hope, strength, and support for those experiencing mental health challenges. In fast-paced environments, it’s easy to prioritise deadlines over ourselves. But sustainable success isn’t built on burnout, it’s built on balance, support, and self-awareness. This month, I’m making a conscious effort to: • Check in with myself and others more often • Set healthier boundaries • Normalise conversations around mental health A simple message, a moment of listening, or a bit of understanding can make a real difference. Let’s continue to create spaces, at work and beyond, where people feel safe, supported, and seen. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #GreenRibbon #Wellbeing #WorkplaceCulture #MentalHealthMatters 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 and a reminder that “leaving it at the door” isn’t how mental health works. People bring their whole selves to work: stress, life changes, health challenges, wins and worries included. Creating healthier workplaces doesn’t mean having all the answers — sometimes it’s as simple as: 💚 Rest is productive 💚 Asking for help is a skill 💚 Boundaries are not a weakness 💚 Making it safe to speak up Progress starts with conversations, not perfection. Let’s keep talking, in May and beyond. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #WellbeingAtWork #BreakTheStigma #WorkplaceWellbeing

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to reflect, reset, and recommit to taking care of ourselves and one another. Mental health is not a luxury; it’s essential. It impacts how we think, feel, show up at work, and connect with others. Yet, too often, it’s overlooked, stigmatized, or pushed aside in the name of productivity. This month, I encourage us all to: • Check in with ourselves — honestly and without judgment • Create space for rest, boundaries, and balance • Lead with empathy — you never know what someone else is carrying • Normalize conversations around mental well-being in our workplaces and communities As professionals, leaders, educators, and colleagues, we have the power to foster environments where people feel seen, supported, and safe. Taking care of your mental health is not a weakness — it’s a strength. Let’s continue to build a culture where well-being matters just as much as performance. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #Wellbeing #WorkplaceWellness #EndTheStigma #SelfCare #Leadership
