I think that a EM does a really good job of allowing competitors to lay down differences and lock arms that face us, key issues around safety, product reliability, regulatory concerns, whether that's helping ourselves as companies, our distribution partners or our customers in the world of safety. There's there's a lot of value in the content that you get here. Probably the bigger value that I get is the networking and talking with other people of similar type backgrounds and we have the same interests and we have the same goals. AM does a great job of that even outside of this conference of bringing competitors together in a non competitive atmosphere so that we can talk about issues that affect all of us. Specifically in the safety side. I think that's definitely elevated because that's one of the biggest areas where we all have opportunities. We all are challenged to happen. We do better as an industry. But this is actually my 9th year attending and I would say every year I'm excited to see all of the people and there's there's 3 speed familiar faces each year. I look forward to this each year. I make a point every year to come here. The topics are changing each year and the planning committee is looking closely at what is important in the industry. Really big topic is AI right now and that's a particular interest for our attendees. Come from our company, looking for ways to utilize that to help us and really embracing that new technology and learning from each other again of how we can use that to be more efficient.
