Mortgage is one of the largest financial decisions most people ever make. You really have the ability to help somebody in some way, shape or form either receive a job or help somebody with one of the largest financial transactions they're going to make in their entire life. Now, 1 little minute that I spent can have a long term impact on someone's very real financial life. Most people, their home is their prized possession. That's all they have. The fact that I can help people purchase their first home or refinance their homes so they can keep their property, save money, that was super fulfilling for me. It's already here 20 years ago. I was a single mother. It was just me and him. I look back over my life over the past 20 years and there's so many things. But I wouldn't have been able to accomplish or have if it wasn't for my career here at Amerisafe. Every employee in organization operates at a speed and a pace that is above the industry average. Teamwork is everything. There's no possible way to be a lone wolf to, to do it all yourself here. It's very important here in America safe to have a great team simply because we are relying on each other. I care about the people I work with, my team, they show up for me and I show up for them. The challenge makes the day go by so fast, but it's it's, it's important to keep growing in the field so I never feel like I'm just going through the motions. He surprised me about America. Save is the ownership culture. So you'll take ownership of a specific business functional area, of a technology of a process, and then you own that going forward. I'm going to say it was early in recognizing that technology could fundamentally transform the mortgage experience. Very excited. My favorite thing is process automation and process improvement. So seeing how AI will continue to shape, improve and modernize the way we work, making us more efficient, innovative and dynamic is something I just can't wait to be a part of. Something that pleasantly surprised me by working here at America, say, has actually been the growth opportunities. The way that I've looked at this opportunity is, yes, there's no class score, but there's also no glass ceiling.
