[music] Hi everyone, I'm Naif from Altasciences' Marketing�� team, and in honor of clinical trials day,���� I'm stepping out from behind the camera and�� into our Los Angeles clinic to show you what a���� day in the life of a clinical trial participant�� looks like. Let's go! Prior to their arrival, participants go through a pre-screening��process, ensuring they are the right fit for a particular study. At the site,��check-in begins with a warm welcome. Participants then go through a physical screening,�� including getting their vitals checked and being seen by one of our physicians. After that,��it's time for a pre-orientation meal. During orientation, participants can learn about�� the schedule and protocols in the facility, and they get a tour of sleeping and entertainment��areas. We want participants to be well informed and feel comfortable. Next, during luggage��check, restricted items such as outside food and cosmetics along with unessential items are set aside due to potential interactions as well as to ensure the safety of staff and��other participants. You brought Albert. Aww, cute. Unfortunately, he can't be on site with�� us, but he'll be up in the office, and we'll��take care of him. These items are kept safely�� in storage until it's time to leave. The rest of check-in day is spent settling in. Whether�� for productivity or relaxation, the available facilities provide participants plenty of options. He shoots, he scores! That definitely didn't take multiple attempts. Before dosing begins, participants get their vitals checked again, confirming they're ready��to proceed. The dosing days from there vary depending on study type. Altasciences offers��different dosing methods including capsule, IV pump, injection, and auto injectors, and there��could be specialized studies involved, such as driving simulators, controlled substances, and��psychedelics.
