It will be done by a team of agents, with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) from whomever is managing those agents. They will come up with things to test, test it, analyze results, imagine new tests, suggest a change be deployed... and so on. Probably one of the most impactful set of releases in a single quarter in my near 8 years at Gatekeeper. Here's what we shipped. Our AI Agents (LuminIQ) already review workflow cards, surface insights, and handle approvals autonomously. This quarter, we took that further: agents now write directly to workflow forms. Populating fields, correcting data, and enriching records from connected sources. For things like vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and compliance reviews, the prep work is done before teams even open the card. We also shipped human + agent co-ownership on workflow phases, scheduled reports, a LuminIQ Savings Report (agent time savings vs what you pay for Gatekeeper), a full Third-Party Portal redesign, custom dashboards with third-party datasets, a rebuilt bulk importer, and a refreshed UI. Very proud of what the team has achieved so far this year, and we still have so much more on the way.
