This is what real product signal looks like. What stands out is not just engagement, but measurable behavior change in a short window. That is a much stronger indicator than most early metrics. In SaaS, when you can tie usage directly to outcome improvement, it changes everything. Retention, expansion, even how you think about pricing. Feels like the interesting question now is how that feedback loop compounds as more data comes in and the system gets smarter.
