OCI Global completes sale of ammonia assets to AGROFERT ■ Netherlands OCI Global announced on 31 March 2026 the completion of the sale of its OCI Ammonia Holding business to AGROFERT. The transaction includes OCI Terminal Europort (OTE), an ammonia import and storage terminal in Rotterdam, and OCI Ammonia Distribution (OAD). OCI Global said its OCI Nitrogen plant in Geleen will retain access to OTE under a throughput agreement, ensuring continued flexibility in ammonia sourcing. #WFM #WorldFertilizerMarket #ChemCourier

DGL Group (ASX: DGL) has announced the sale of two chlor-alkali manufacturing plants for a total consideration of $2.5 million. The assets had a carrying value of approximately $7.9 million in DGL's accounts as at 30 June 2025, and the company has recognised an impairment charge of around $5.3 million in its half-year financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2025. The sale of the plants and the associated reduction in their carrying value is due to changed market conditions for chlor-alkali products. The Board confirms that the sale of these assets will not materially impact the company's ongoing operations. The sale is consistent with Dgl Group Limited's ongoing strategic review to optimise financial performance and will support the company's focus on core operations. Malaysia Palm Oil – Early April Production vs Market Expectations SPPOMA (1–10 Apr 2026) just came out: Yield: +24.08% OER: +0.42% Production: +26.77% SPPOMA 1st -5th Apr 2026 Yield : +13.10% OER. : +0.48% Prod : +15.63% SPPOMA covers roughly 10%-12% of Malaysia’s production, but it gives an early indication that output is picking up quite strongly in April. At the same time, April S&D previews are showing a more moderate outlook: Kenanga: Production: 1.45m (+5%) Exports: 1.40m (-10%) Stocks: 1.96m (-14%) CIMB: Production: 1.47m (+7%) Exports: 1.24m (-20%) Stocks: 2.24m (-1%) Are we going to see production normalize into a low single-digit m/m increase or is this the start of a stronger recovery with double-digit growth vs March? The early SPPOMA numbers are pointing one way, while survey expectations remain more conservative. This divergence could be key for how the market prices April supply.
