Alexander Wortberg’s Post

This week I had the pleasure to visit our OECHSLER México plant at Queretaro. Thank you Carlos Arturo Hernández Díaz, Daniel Kilian and team for two insightful and enjoyable days! What I really liked: • very good 5S and orderliness, including in off-center areas • consistent quality and customer first mindset across teams • increased levels of CIP and Kaizen activities, including some smart low-cost solution developed and build by your team • diligent preparations for new product launches - you have some very interesting projects coming! • your growing readiness for Health/Medtech projects, including those to be launched this and next year • discussions always candid, direct and with a focus on the solution Of course, there is always room for more: embrace your plant P&L and drive digital on the shopfloor! Above all, I have been particularly impressed by your team spirit. Once again, you have reminded me that respectful leadership and performance do go hand in hand. Go, OECHSLER México team, and carry on with the good work! Prepare the plant for upcoming new product launches. Continue to expand your capabilities both in automotive and medical devices. Drive operational excellence and harvest opportunities from digital tools. And by all means build on your strong culture to perform with a smile! #operations #OECHSLER #OECHSLERhealth #leadership

Thank you for your words, support and guidance Alexander, all your feedback boost us and encourage the team to keep improving and prepare ourselves for the challenges we will face this and the upcoming years. Feeling proud of this visit result as well as the intensives revision we had of the plant 2025 results and 2026 ambitions… 🙌🏻 FOCUS + DELIVERY + COOPERATION 🙌🏻

Knowing my friend Daniel as I do I’m not surprised to read this. Well done Daniel and Oechsler Mexico team! Happy to know you are still doing it the right way!
