VP, Investor Relations & Capital Markets (Pre-IPO)

We are seeking a VP of Investor Relations & Capital Markets to lead this evolution. This position requires a deep technical understanding of valuation and market mechanics. We are specifically looking for a professional with a background in Equity Research (Sell-side or Buy-side), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), or an established pre-IPO IR function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for defining our investment thesis, managing institutional relationships, and architecting our public market debut.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the public listing, including the management of banking syndicate relationships and the S-1 preparation process.
• Synthesize complex business metrics into a sophisticated investment thesis for institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Provide the Board and Executive leadership with data-driven insights on market sentiment, peer performance, and valuation drivers.
• Establish the internal infrastructure for the IR function, including disclosure protocols and shareholder targeting models.
• Direct technical engagements with buy-side Portfolio Managers regarding capital structure and long-term earnings power.

Requirements

• Experience in Equity Research, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), or a dedicated Investor Relations role within a high-growth environment.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and a thorough understanding of the mechanics of public market valuation.
• Exceptional executive presence and the ability to articulate technical financial data to diverse external stakeholders.
• Proven experience navigating high-stakes corporate milestones or capital raises.
• Strong academic credentials; CFA or MBA is highly preferred.
