What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform structural analysis and design for building structures
• Design structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood framing systems
• Assist with site investigations and existing condition assessments
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Support construction administration through site visits, RFIs, submittals, and field observations
• Work on projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale building developments
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Take on increasing technical and task-level leadership responsibilities as experience grows

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 4–8 years of structural engineering experience focused on building structures
• EIT certification required with active progression toward PE licensure
• Strong understanding of structural building codes and design standards
• Experience with structural analysis software such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, RISA, or STAAD
• AutoCAD experience required
• Revit experience is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a team environment
