What You’ll Be Doing
Perform structural analysis and design for building structures
Design structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood framing systems
Assist with site investigations and existing condition assessments
Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Support construction administration through site visits, RFIs, submittals, and field observations
Work on projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale building developments
Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Take on increasing technical and task-level leadership responsibilities as experience grows
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
4–8 years of structural engineering experience focused on building structures
EIT certification required with active progression toward PE licensure
Strong understanding of structural building codes and design standards
Experience with structural analysis software such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, RISA, or STAAD
AutoCAD experience required
Revit experience is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a team environment
