Big week at SDG. Big momentum for 2026. 🚀 Last week we brought the entire team together for two important annual traditions that reflect who we are and where we’re headed. First, our bi-annual First Aid/CPR/AED training for all field employees reinforcing our commitment to safety, preparedness, and looking out for one another on every project site. Dinner from Giovanni’s kicked off the evening which gave the team the energy and time to connect before diving into training. We also held our annual State of the Business Town Hall, where we reviewed performance, shared strategic priorities, and aligned across departments for the year ahead. Lunch from Annandale Deli was served beforehand, creating the perfect setting for an engaged and collaborative session. With a strong start to 2026, we’re confident this year will outperform 2025. The momentum is real and it’s driven by our people. At SDG, investing in our team is just as important as delivering best-in-class engineering, design, and infrastructure solutions to our clients. Last week, the Scherer Design Group team came together for our December 2025 Year-End Town Hall to reflect on a year of growth, collaboration, and achievement. We recapped our key accomplishments from 2025 and discussed the industries we proudly serve — including wireless infrastructure, utilities, fiber, renewable energy, and EV charging — highlighting how our team continues to deliver strategic design solutions that support critical infrastructure projects along the east coast. We also enjoyed some well-earned time together with lunch catered from Bubbakoo’s Burritos and our annual Holiday Cookie Competition, which once again brought out impressive creativity and friendly competition.
