Role Summary

We’re hiring a customer-facing Solutions Consultant to drive US market expansion. This role sits at the intersection of solution selling and product localization. You’ll help win enterprise deals through the full pre-sales cycle while translating US customer needs into product requirements and go-to-market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM to qualify and shape US enterprise opportunities, aligning customer pain points to measurable value, decision criteria, and a mutual close plan.
  • Lead end-to-end discovery across business and technical stakeholders to define use cases, success criteria, and buying requirements.
  • Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demos and solution narratives.
  • Own the technical win path (e.g., integration discussions, RFP/RFI inputs) and drive PoC to paid conversion.
  • Capture recurring deal blockers and US market requirements, translate field learnings into prioritized localization and market-readiness requirements.


Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales for enterprise B2B software.
  • Proven ability to run full-cycle presales for complex enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated new market expansion capabilities, building repeatable discovery and enabling teams to scale.
  • Solid understanding of cloud and enterprise architecture fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, able to present to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experienced in Speech/Interaction Analytics, Contact Center, NLP/GenAI is a plus.
  • Proven ownership of product localization and customer-to-product translation is highly preferred.
  • Business Travel is required for this role.
