Taft Brown Associates is currently partnering with a growing Behavioral Health organization in a search for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
This executive leader will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team while overseeing all core HR functions across a multi-state platform.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong strategic HR leadership experience
Executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Experience leading complex HR operations in healthcare or behavioral health environments
Expertise across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, compliance, organizational development, culture, and performance management
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to both develop strategy and execute operationally
Experience helping organizations scale, build teams, and strengthen culture during periods of growth and transformation
Behavioral Health experience is strongly preferred.
