Position Overview

Pay range: $85,600 - $139,100 / year

Job Description

To lead and direct all activities of the Guest Services department. To establish and maintain departmental programs, systems and procedures in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and UAB Hospital policies and goals. To be responsible for both in-patient and out-patient areas of the Health System.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality and/or customer service required. Master's degree in healthcare quality and safety preferred. Seven (7) years of experience in customer service and/or quality required. Experience in healthcare preferred.
