3+ years of CRA experience with strong exposure to med device, biotech, and/or pharma clinical trials, including monitoring responsibilities across the full study lifecycle.
Self-driven, adaptable “utility-player” mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique CRO environment where collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving are highly valued.
Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA/IDE studies, site management, with experience supporting implantable studies preferred.
