Sales Trader (Top Market Maker)

Genuinely exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in scaling one of the most established OTC desks in digital assets. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact position with real ownership from day one, working alongside a top-tier global team while helping drive the growth of the US franchise.

The Role

You will be a core member of the US trading team, taking ownership of OTC trading flow and developing relationships with key counterparties.

• Own OTC trading during US hours, from pricing to execution
• Build and grow relationships with institutional clients and trading counterparties
• Partner with senior traders on larger and more complex trades
• Contribute to the OTC sales strategy alongside business development
• Provide market insights and commentary to clients

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Sales Trader in a high-performing environment
• Strong knowledge of OTC spot trading
• Understanding of derivatives products (or willingness to learn)
• Strong academic background (Finance, Economics, Maths, Engineering, etc.)
• Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain and digital asset markets

Crypto experience is beneficial but not essential, strong candidates from traditional markets will be considered.
