What You'll Do

You'll be working in one of our partner companies' high-performance sales environments. The role typically involves:

• Building rapport and trust with potential clients
• Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Closing deals on the phone
• Following structured sales processes designed for success
• Working with experienced managers who'll coach you daily
• Hitting and exceeding performance targets

You won't be on your own. You'll be surrounded by top producers, given proven scripts, and trained on systems that have already worked for hundreds of others.

Compensation

We have both W-2 and 1099 sales positions available across our partner companies. These roles are designed for people who want to take control of their income, build a client base, and earn what they're worth.

• Competitive hourly base pay (W-2 roles) OR commission-only (1099 roles)
• Uncapped commission on every sale
• Weekly or bi-weekly commission payouts
• First-year earnings typically range from $80K - $120K
• Top performers regularly clear $150K+ annually

The Role

• 100% in-office positions in Broward County, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County, FL
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, typically 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
• Long-term career tracks (not seasonal)
• Multiple positions available across different companies
