We’re looking for a Sales Intake Specialist to join our team - someone who genuinely loves talking with people, is naturally organized, and is excited to be the warm, confident first impression families have of our firm. This role is also responsible for enrolling existing clients into our Trust Maintenance Program (TMP), our ongoing legal wellness membership.

You will be the bridge between people who reach out to the attorneys who serve them and us. You’ll talk with prospective clients who are considering estate planning or trust administration, you’ll guide them through the decision to move forward, and you’ll help schedule their consultations and onboarding. You’ll also be the person who helps existing clients enroll in our Trust Maintenance Program - the ongoing membership that keeps their estate plan working as their family and the law evolve.

You should be someone with a proven track record of using KPIs to drive sales and conversion. You enjoy talking with others, figuring out what makes them tick, and building rapport quickly. You’re comfortable overcoming objections, making follow-up calls, and asking for payment. You’re organized, driven, and you genuinely care about helping families take the next step.

Consistent work experience in the legal field is not required. You may be returning to the workforce after raising your children, or you may have built and led a successful direct sales career. What matters is that you know how to sell with integrity and you have the heart for this work.

Compensation: $60,000 yearly
