Position Overview:

The Regulatory Manager will play a key role in supporting the organization’s regulatory and compliance activities across a broad and diverse product portfolio. This is a highly hands on position, responsible for managing day-to-day regulatory requirements while acting as a key partner to both internal teams and external clients.

This role requires someone who is detail oriented, proactive and able to operate at pace, with a strong understanding of regulatory fundamentals. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness and compliance in a fast moving manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and delivery of regulatory documentation, including ingredient listings, product questionnaires and compliance materials
• Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in line with relevant regulations and customer requirements
• Act as a key point of contact for regulatory related customer requests, providing timely and accurate responses
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and compliance standards
• Guide customers on regulatory requirements across personal care, OTC and related categories
• Support customer and regulatory audits by preparing documentation and ensuring readiness
• Maintain up to date knowledge of applicable regulations and industry requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and systems as the organization scales

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a regulatory, compliance or related role within manufacturing, ideally personal care, cosmetics, OTC or consumer products
• Strong understanding of regulatory fundamentals, including ingredient compliance, documentation and labeling
• Experience preparing or managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) is highly desirable
• Highly detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers
• Self starter with a proactive, solutions focused mindset and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
