We are seeking a driven, strategic sales professional to lead territory growth, build strong partner relationships, and drive revenue within an assigned region.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% with occasional overnight travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive growth and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, partners, and prospective clients
  • Deliver customized presentations and host meetings/events to generate new business
  • Track sales activity, forecast performance, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and client needs
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities
