About The Role
As a Senior Recruiter at DualEntry, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the company’s talent acquisition function across the USA, EU, and LATAM regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the entire hiring process from the ground up, influencing how the company attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies for engineering, AI/ML, product, go-to-market, and leadership roles. Your role involves partnering closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling candidate experiences, and implement innovative sourcing strategies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s growth trajectory and culture, establishing a scalable and efficient hiring process that reflects DualEntry’s high standards for excellence. This is an intense, hands-on role that requires high autonomy, strategic thinking, and a passion for building world-class teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth startups or tech companies
Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative and strategic approaches
Experience building recruiting functions from scratch, including candidate experience systems and ATS workflows
Strong analytical skills to evaluate sourcing channels, KPIs, and recruitment metrics
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate with high speed and efficiency in a dynamic environment
Deep understanding of technical roles such as engineering, AI/ML, and product management
Self-motivated with a high work ethic and a proactive attitude
Experience working with remote teams and across multiple regions (USA, EU, LATAM)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals
Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates across various technical and leadership roles
Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and technical assessments
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Design and continuously improve the candidate experience to reflect DualEntry’s high standards
Build and maintain a scalable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to measure success
Create compelling employer branding and candidate pitch materials to attract top talent
Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
