Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Lead – Fusion Financials Configuration Specialist to join the Global Technology Organization (GTO) supporting enterprise Finance systems and Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on Oracle Fusion Financials configuration ownership, environment governance, and migration management within a global SOX-controlled enterprise environment.

We are specifically looking for candidates with deep expertise in:

• Oracle Fusion Configuration Workbooks
• Configuration Snapshot creation, comparison, and migration
• Multi-environment configuration management (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod)

This is NOT a general functional consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Oracle Fusion Financials configuration across environments
• Manage configuration migrations using snapshots and workbooks
• Support core Financials processes including R2R, O2C, R2P, and Projects
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable Oracle solutions
• Ensure compliance with SOX and governance standards
• Support Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration initiatives
• Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues
• Maintain configuration and deployment documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience
• Strong experience with Configuration Workbooks and Snapshot tools
• Experience in global, multi-ledger Oracle environments
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials setup and governance
• Experience working in SOX-controlled organizations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Must be located within commuting distance of El Segundo, CA
• 4 days onsite required (Mon–Thu)
• No relocation assistance available
• Must be able to convert to W2 without sponsorship (US Citizen or Green Card preferred)
• Candidates should be available for interviews between 1 PM – 6 PM PST
