Mid-Senior Graphic Designer – Freelance

Join a project focused on elevating the packaging design for a luxury lip balm brand undergoing a rebrand. This role centers on creating sophisticated, eco-friendly packaging for several lip balm flavors, using existing sample artwork and a detailed design brief informed by customer feedback. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in product packaging, balancing a natural and functional aesthetic with a premium feel. The initial design set is expected by May 25th, supporting a small business committed to health-conscious and environmentally responsible products available both online and in retail across the United States.

Deliverables

• Develop tube and package designs for multiple lip balm flavors, ensuring consistency with the brand’s luxury and eco-friendly positioning.
• Incorporate feedback from customer surveys and reference sample artwork, updating or refining designs as needed.
• Prepare print-ready files and mockups suitable for both online and retail presentation.
• Deliver the initial design set by the specified deadline.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in product packaging design, preferably for beauty, wellness, or luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eco-friendly and premium packaging solutions.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Ability to interpret and implement feedback from design briefs and customer insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of current packaging trends.
• Availability to meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively throughout the project.
