What You'll Do
As a Claims Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our claims handling process:
Drive Claims Resolution - Review and assess Auto and General Liability claims to determine priorities and guide them efficiently through our process
Manage Financial Transactions - Process claim payments, handle supplement payments, and ensure proper deductible tracking
Coordinate Workflow - Monitor incoming claims, organize case assignment, and maintain timely communication with all parties
Provide Client Support - Handle client inquiries professionally, resolve concerns, and follow up on claim status and payments
Ensure Documentation Excellence - Maintain meticulous records and documentation that meet both internal and regulatory standards
Support Team Success - Collaborate with the claims team to implement best practices and continuous process improvements
