COO at MediDrive | NEMTAC Advisory Board Member | Championing Growth, Innovation, and Community Impact.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. At MediDrive, we’re not just building a company—we’re building something that lasts. Every call answered, every trip coordinated, every member supported… it all adds up to something bigger than any one of us. It’s the collective effort, the shared accountability, and the commitment to each other that will define how far we go. We are entering a phase of growth, opportunity, and execution. And while speed matters, sustainability matters more. Excellence is not achieved alone—it’s built through collaboration, trust, and consistency. To the entire MediDrive team: Let’s continue to support one another, challenge each other, and hold the line on the standards that got us here. Because the road ahead isn’t about moving fast—it’s about going far. And we’re going there together. #Leadership #Teamwork #MediDrive #Growth #StrongerTogether

  • Today, on National Doctors’ Day, we celebrate the dedication, compassion, and impact of physicians who work tirelessly to keep our communities healthy. At MediDrive, we see something every day that often goes unnoticed: great care only works when patients can actually get to it. Behind every successful appointment is more than medical expertise—it’s access. Reliable transportation plays a critical role in ensuring patients show up, stay on track with treatment, and ultimately achieve better health outcomes. When transportation breaks down, care breaks down. Missed appointments lead to delayed diagnoses, unmanaged conditions, and higher costs for everyone involved. That’s why we’re committed to removing transportation barriers and helping patients connect to the care they need—when they need it. Today, we thank doctors for the care they provide—and we reaffirm our commitment to making sure every patient has the opportunity to receive it. #NationalDoctorsDay #HealthcareAccess #PatientCare #NEMT #HealthEquity #MediDrive #TheDriveToBetterHealth

  • February is American Heart Month ❤️ — a reminder that heart health starts with prevention. Regular checkups, follow-up visits, cardiac rehab, and medication management all play a critical role in preventing serious heart events. Yet for many patients — especially those managing diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, or a history of heart disease — the biggest barrier isn’t awareness. It’s getting there. Missed appointments are strongly linked to worse outcomes in chronic conditions, and transportation challenges remain one of the most common reasons patients delay care. When patients can reliably reach their providers, they’re more likely to catch problems early, stay on treatment plans, and avoid hospitalizations. At MediDrive, we believe access to care begins with access to transportation. Every ride to a primary care visit, cardiology appointment, dialysis treatment, or pharmacy pickup is a step toward better heart health. This month, we encourage healthcare organizations, care managers, and community partners to talk with patients about both risk factors and access barriers — because prevention only works if patients can reach care. A healthier heart often starts with a simple appointment. We help make sure patients can keep it. Join us on the Drive to Better Health. #AmericanHeartMonth #HealthcareAccess #SocialDeterminantsOfHealth #NEMT #PopulationHealth #PreventiveCare #MediDrive

  • Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King reminded us that “of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health care is the most shocking and inhumane.” His words continue to resonate deeply—especially in the work we do every day. At MediDrive, we believe access to reliable transportation is essential to health equity. When patients can get to their medical appointments safely and on time, communities are stronger, outcomes improve, and dignity is preserved. On this MLK Day, we recommit ourselves to service, compassion, and action—working to remove barriers to care and helping ensure every individual has a fair opportunity to live a healthier life. Let us all continue to serve, advocate, and lead with purpose. #MLKDay #HealthEquity #ServiceAboveSelf #AccessToCare #MediDrive #SocialDeterminantsOfHealth

  • Exciting news at MediDrive as we start day one of our new partnership with SPRYT. This investment reflects our commitment to building the most intelligent, connected ecosystem in healthcare transport—one where scheduling care and getting to care happen seamlessly in a single experience. Read all about it here. https://lnkd.in/enmJYQnF

MediDrive™ Invests in SPRYT to Advance AI-Driven Care Access and Transform the Patient Experience Today, I’m proud to share an important milestone for MediDrive. We’ve made a strategic investment in SPRYT, the Irish health-tech company behind Asa, an award-winning AI receptionist that is transforming how patients schedule and engage with care. At MediDrive, we believe access to care doesn’t end when an appointment is booked — it only happens when a patient actually arrives. By integrating SPRYT’s AI-driven scheduling with MediDrive’s nationwide non-emergency medical transportation platform, we’re connecting two critical moments into one seamless experience: scheduling care and getting to care. This partnership is about more than technology. It’s about: * Reducing missed appointments * Improving outcomes for high-need populations * Lowering administrative burden for providers and payers * Removing transportation as a barrier to health SPRYT has already demonstrated remarkable results globally, and together we have an opportunity to scale that impact across the U.S. — and beyond. I’m excited about what this collaboration means for patients, providers, and payers alike as we continue building a smarter, more connected healthcare ecosystem. • Addressing Fraud, Waste & Abuse in NEMT: A Critical Priority for Healthcare Access 🚨 Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) plays a vital role in ensuring patients can access the care they need — from routine checkups to life-changing treatments. But the industry is facing significant challenges: ❌ Fraud — Phantom trips, rider and transportation-vendor collusion, and billing for services not actually provided ❌ Waste — Inefficient routing and duplicate claims driving up costs ❌ Abuse — Misuse of services by non-eligible riders or unsupported claims These issues not only inflate costs for payers and providers — they compromise care quality and break trust in the system. At MediDrive, we believe that a data-driven approach is the key to integrity and sustainability in NEMT. How MediDrive Tackles FWA Head-On: ✔️ Real-time trip validation and GPS tracking to prevent phantom billing ✔️ AI-powered analytics to detect patterns of wasteful utilization ✔️ Automated compliance workflows — meaning fewer errors, faster approvals ✔️ Actionable reporting that holds stakeholders accountable ✔️ Secure, auditable records for every leg of a rider’s journey We’re proud to power the industry’s most trusted Benefits Management System (BMS) — one that doesn’t just move people, but protects the integrity of care delivery. The future of NEMT isn’t just smarter logistics — it’s smarter safeguards. If your organization is committed to reducing FWA while improving patient experience and operational efficiency, let’s connect! #NEMT #HealthcareInnovation #FraudPrevention #MedTech #HealthTech #Compliance #MediDrive

  • MediDrive at HLTH 2025: Leading the Future of NEMT At this year’s HLTH conference in Las Vegas, our CEO Alan Murray sat down with MedCity News to discuss how MediDrive is redefining what’s possible in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. In the interview, Alan highlighted why today’s Payers and Providers can no longer afford to rely on legacy NEMT models. With rising expectations for care access, performance transparency, and patient experience, the industry needs modern solutions—not outdated processes.   Here’s what sets MediDrive apart: Next-generation technology that delivers real-time transparency and measurable performance Smarter routing and automation that reduce wait times and improve on-time rates Intelligent TMS workflows that make NEMT easier for health plans, health systems, and care managers A data-driven approach that elevates accountability and trust across the entire transportation ecosystem If your organization is still depending on legacy NEMT vendors, now is the time to re-evaluate how NEMT is being deployed—and what modern technology can unlock for your members and patients.   MediDrive is proud to be on the drive to better health.
