Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations, a recognized leader in the refurbishment of aero-engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoils, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

- Perform receiving, in-process, and pre-coat inspection functions for materials and non-product items.
- Plan inspection sequences and layouts, utilizing a variety of precision measuring instruments and equipment to perform less complex inspection operations.
- Adhere to all required training, including warehouse procedures for receiving, receive-in inspection, and materials handling processes.
- Collaborate with the Materials organization to troubleshoot and resolve material-related issues.
- Assign incoming nonconforming parts and non-product items to the appropriate warehouse location to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
- Provide support for warehouse and engine logistics activities as needed.
- Maintain a strong commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and continuous improvement programs by adhering to policies and procedures, completing all required training, and participating in applicable committee activities.
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US)
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in quality inspection.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software.
