Responsibilities
Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Taleo, or iCIMS, conducting interviews, and supporting recruiting campaigns through social media management and HR sourcing strategies
Facilitate comprehensive employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are engaged, informed, and aligned with company policies and culture
Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth and improvement
Oversee benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA standards
Manage human capital management activities using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Dayforce to ensure accurate data collection, entry, and reporting
Support change management projects by assisting with organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by mediating conflicts and ensuring adherence to employment & labor law requirements
Maintain detailed records of contracts, workers' compensation claims, payroll data via platforms like Paychex or ADP, and other HR documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to talent management and organizational development
Assist in implementing HR policies aligned with legal standards and best practices while promoting a positive work environment
Skills
Extensive knowledge of human resources management principles including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro or similar platforms for data collection and reporting
Strong understanding of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action requirements
Experience with project management tools like Lever or Trello to coordinate multiple HR initiatives efficiently
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clear presentation of HR policies
Ability to manage change effectively through change management strategies and organization design processes
Skilled in conflict management techniques to resolve employee issues constructively
Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or ADP for accurate processing of compensation data
Demonstrated administrative experience including data entry accuracy and document management
Knowledge of recruiting platforms like Taleo or iCIMS for sourcing top talent efficiently
