What you'll do:
Partner with team leads and managers to support hiring, performance, and people development across the company
Own end-to-end recruiting for key roles — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
Build and improve onboarding processes that get new hires productive fast in a remote-first environment
Handle employee relations, performance conversations, and difficult situations with care and clarity
Help leadership think through org design, team structure, and people strategy as we scale
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of HR business partnering or generalist experience, ideally at a tech startup
Has run recruiting end-to-end and knows what good hiring looks like
Is a strong communicator and trusted advisor — people come to you with real problems
Can operate independently in ambiguous situations without a playbook
Understands both the people side and the business side of HR decisions
Nice to have:
Experience supporting globally distributed or remote-first teams
Familiarity with AI tools for recruiting and HR operations
Background in fast-growing startups where the rules are still being written
