We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our growing physician group in Smyrna, GA. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employee support, and HR administration.
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while leading recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician, clinical, and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding
Coordinate and maintain job postings across multiple platforms
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning
Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations, performance management, and general HR inquiries
Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR functions as needed
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related communications
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
2–3+ years of HR Generalist and/or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a physician practice environment
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for healthcare or medical office positions
Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
